1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.
2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu –> All Services –> Directorate of Women & Child Developement –> Shelter Home for Women
3. Fill in the registration form.
4. Upload the neccessary documents as per requirement.
5. Clauses towards declaration form needs to be duly checked and submitted.
6. Click on submit application button to submit the application to the department.
7. An acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent on submission of form. Note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.
8. Description: A child care institution as defined under the JJ Act, 2015, means Children Home, Open Shelter, Observation Home, Special Home, Place of Safety, Specialised Adoption Agency and a Fit Facility recognized under the Act for providing care and protection to children, who are in need of such services. Children in conflict with law are provided residential care and protection in Observation Homes, Special Homes and Places of Safety.
