Por Thozhil, which hit the theatres on Friday, has opened to positive reviews. Directed by debutant filmmaker Vignesh Raja, the film will star Ashok Selvan as Prakash and Sarathkumar as Loganathan in the lead roles.
Meanwhile, taking to the social media handle, Sarathkumar, wrote, “An extraordinary creative narration, you @vigneshraja89 have delivered what you narrated, though we traveled with you in this project all along the way, the end cut was par excellence in storytelling #PorThozhil, my kudos to the entire team who made this journey possible.”
Por Thozhil also stars Nikhila Vimal in a significant role. Vignesh Raja has written Por Thozhil along with Alfred Prakash. The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Kalaiselvan Sivaji, editor Sreejith Sarang and music composer Jakes Bejoy. Backed by Applause Entertainment Studio, it is their maiden Tamil project. The banner behind projects like Scam 1992, and Zwigato, will be producing the film in association with E4 Experiments and Eprius Studio.
