Following the release of Aneethi, actor Arjun Das recently took to his social media handle to pen a heartfelt note. He extended gratitude to the cast, crew, and the audience.
He wrote, "I'm not sure where to start, but I'm just filled with gratitude. It all started with a phone call from Vasanthabalan Sir. Sir, thank for Thiru and for this beautiful journey. I have learnt so much and will proudly say that I can read your expressions. I you really hope I get to collaborate with you again on the script you narrated to me."
Noting that GV Prakash is the backbone of Aneethi, he also thanked Shankar for presenting it. He said that he got to learn a lot while working with wonderful actors.
"A big thank you to the press, print media and the audience for showering me with so much love and appreciation. Your words only push me to continue to work harder and entertain you all with good stories and characters. For those of you who liked the film and performance, all the credit only and only goes to Balan Sir. For those of you didn't, I promise to improve my skill and give it my forward. During the course of this film I broke a toe, lost some flesh on my hand but I continued to shoot. If you ask me why, the reason is that I wanted to see this man smile the way he is smiling now. It all seems worth it. Thanks to all of you. Sending all of you lots & lots of love."
Directed by Vasanthabalan, the revenge thriller also stars Dushara Vijayan.
