The runtime of Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning- Part One, has been confirmed to be two hours and 36 minutes long, thus making the upcoming film, longest in the franchise.
Earlier, it was the 2018 film Mission Impossible: Fallout, which had the longest duration with two hours and 27 minutes. The film is the first in the final two-part conclusion to the Mission Impossible franchise and Tom Cruise’s career as Ethan Hunt.
The upcoming film will revolve around Ethan and his IMF team as they embark on the most dangerous mission yet: To track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. Written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the film will repeat most of the actors from the previous films, including Rebecca Ferguson as Isla Faust, Simon Pegg as Benji Dunn, Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell and Vanesa Kirby as the White Widow. The film also stars Pom Klementieff, Hayley Atwell, Shea Whigham, Indira Varma, and Cary Elwes.
The film will hit the theatres on July 12 while the second part, Mission Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part Two is scheduled to release on June 28, 2024.
