Chris Pine will be joining actors Ariana DeBose and Alan Tudyk as the voice cast of Disney’s upcoming feature Wish. This will mark Chris’ continuation into the fantasy world as his film Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is releasing in theatres this Friday.
Wish will follow the story of a young girl named Asha, who wishes for a star and gets more than she bargained for. The film will have elements such as chaos, cosmic action and exciting adventure.
Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasunthorn will direct Wish. They have previously directed films like Frozen and Zootopia, respectively. The film is set to release on November 22, 2023.
Meanwhile, Pine was recently seen in the DC Extended Universe movies Wonder Woman and Wonder Woman 1984 as Steve Trevor. Last year, he starred in Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling in which he acted alongside Florence Pugh and Harry Styles.
