We had earlier reported that the second single, Vannarapettayila, from Sivakarthikeyan’s Maveeran, would be released on June 14. Ahead of the song’s release, the makers released glimpses on Tuesday. Sung by Sivakarthikeyan and Aditi Shankar, the music for the film has been composed by Bharath Shankar. Yugabharathi has penned the lyrics for the song.
The video showcases Sivakarthikeyan and Aditi Shankar’s recording session in the studio. And a glimpse of Sivakarthikeyan from the film is also can be seen in the video.

The makers recently announced that the dubbing for the film has begun. Directed by Madonne Ashwin, the film will release in Telugu as Mahaveerudu. The ensemble cast of the film includes Mysskin, Saritha, Yogi Babu, and Sunil, among others.
The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Vidhu Ayyanna, music composer Bharath Shankar and editor Philomin Raj. Maaveeran marks Madonne’s sophomore directorial after the award-winning film Mandela.
