House of the Dragon, the prequel/spin-off series of Game of Thrones, will se a change as the first season’s co-show runner will step down from his duties after the first season.

The makers had recently announced that the series will renew for the second season.

According to reports, Miguel had spent three years for the project and upon his exit, House of the Dragon first season’s show runner Ryan Condal, will continue his stint solely. Sara Hess and Jocelyn Diaz will executive produce along with Vince Gerardis. It is also to be noted that Alan Taylor will join as a director and executive producer for the second season.

House of the Dragon is currently streaming on Disney+ Hotstar in India. As new episodes release every Monday, the series focuses on the Targaryen, and set about 172 years before the birth of Daenerys Targaryen.
