Editor Paul Rogers won the Academy Award for Best Editing category for his work at Everything Everywhere All At Once, at the ceremony held on Monday.

Accepting the award, Paul said, “This is only my second film, and it is crazy. I thank my wife, my mum, and team. To the cast, it has been my honour to work with you all. I care deeply about all of you. Thank you so much!”

Everything Everywhere All at Once is absurdist comedy drama directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert who also won the Oscars for their direction. Besides editing and direction, the film also took home awards under the categories Original Screenplay, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress.

Currently available for streaming on SonyLIV, Everything Everywhere All at Once is about a Chinese-American immigrant family, who gets access to travel to parallel universe while she is being audited.
