Makers of the short film Strange Way of Life unveiled the first-look poster of the film. Directed by acclaimed director Pedro Almodovar, the film stars Pedro Pascal and Ethan Hawke in the lead roles. The film will be screened at the upcoming 76th edition of the Cannes International Film Festival.
The first look poster features the lead actors with a gun each, pointing it at the camera.
In Dua Lipa’s At Your Service podcast, the director described the film as a “queer Western, in the sense that there are two men, and they love each other.”
Pedro Almodovar is best known for films like Parallel Mothers, Volver, and Pain and Glory. The Spanish filmmaker reportedly made the film in English and produced it under his Madrid-based production company.
