Dhanush’s next Captain Miller with director Arun Matheswaran is set to go on floors soon. The makers are currently finalising the cast and crew. As per trustworthy sources, Priyanka Arul Mohan is set to play the female lead’s role in the film. The actor, who made her debut with the Telugu film Gang Leader, is popular among the Tamil audience for her roles in Doctor, Don, and Etharkkum Thunindhavan.
Produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, Captain Miller will be a period drama set in the pre-Independence era of 1930-40. The makers are planning to release the film simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. It was recently announced that Sundeep Kishan, a noted actor in Tamil and Telugu, will be playing a prominent role in the film.
The technical crew of Captain Miller has Shreyaas Krishna handling the cinematography while GV Prakash will be composing the music. Nagooran has been assigned as the editor.
