Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the sequel to the 2018’s animated film  Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, will have the longest run time ever for a Hollywood animation production. 

According to the AMC theatre listings, the film has 2 hours 20 minutes run time and which is almost half an hour longer than the first part. For an animated film, it is a lengthy showing, and that would make it the longest-ever from a major Hollywood studio. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse runtime breaks the record of 2012’s film Consuming Spirits‘ 2 hours and 16 minutes runtime. 

Directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is penned by Phil Lord along with Christopher Miller and David Callaham. 

The film features an ensemble voice cast, including Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Karan Soni, Jason Schwartzman, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Greta Lee, Rachel Dratch, Jorma Taccone, Shea Whigham, and Oscar Isaac.
