Actor Vidaarth is set to headline an upcoming Tamil film titled Laandhar, the shooting of which has commenced in Coimbatore on Thursday. The film is directed by Saji Saleem.
The film is backed by M Cinema Productions banner. Besides Vidaarth, the cast also comprises of Swetha Dorathy, Sahana, Vibin, Samyukthah, among others. The technical crew consists of cinematographer Gnanasowndar with Jerome Alen as the editor. Praveen will be scoring the music for the film. The information on the plot and rest of the details along with release date are yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Vidaarth was last seen in films like Payanigal Gavanikkavum and Aattral in Tamil. He is also part of a film co-starring Yogi Babu and directed by T Arulchezhian. The film is backed by Lyca Productions banner.
