World No. 1 Iga Swiatek has crashed out of Australian Open. She lost 4-6, 4-6 to Elena Rybakina in the 4th round of Women’s Singles event on Sunday. Rybakina produced a sublime game, defeating the numero uno player in the Women’s Singles event as well as the title favourite, Swiatek in straight sets. The Wimbledon champion has made a firm statement of her title ambitions, having qualified for the final.
