On Tuesday, Shah Rukh Khan took to his official X handle to inform his fans that he will definitely be joining the pre-release event for his upcoming film Jawan, which is set to happen in Chennai on August 30.
He wrote on the social media platform, “Vanakkam Chennai, I am coming!!! All the Jawans – girls & boys at Sai Ram Engineering College be ready… I am excited to meet you all! Might even do some tha tha thaiya if asked. See you tomorrow 3 PM onwards.”
Helmed by Atlee, Jawan also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Priyamani in lead roles. Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, and Yogi Babu play prominent supporting roles in the upcoming film.
Featuring music direction by Anirudh Ravichander, the film has cinematography by G K Vishnu and editing by Ruben. Backed by Red Chillies Entertainment, Jawan is all set to hit theatres on September 7.
