On Monday, the makers of Maaveeran announced that the pre-release event of the Sivakarthikeyan film is all set to take place on July 2.
Currently, the film is developing in the post-production stage, and the makers recently announced the commencement of dubbing for Maaveeran. Directed by Madonne Ashwin, the film is backed by Shanthi Talkies.
Maaveeran, which was earlier supposed to release on August 11, is now gearing for release on July 17. The film will release in Telugu as Mahaveerudu. Apart from Sivakarthikeyan, the film also stars Aditi Shankar as the female lead, along with an ensemble star cast including Mysskin, Saritha, Yogi Babu, and Sunil, among others.
The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Vidhu Ayyanna, music composer Bharath Shankar and editor Philomin Raj. Maaveeran marks Madonne’s sophomore directorial after the award-winning film Mandela.
