On Thursday, the makers of Yogi Babu’s Lucky Man announced that the film’s teaser will be unveiled by actors Vijay Sethupathi and Siddarth at 12 pm on July 28. The film marks the debut directorial of RJ-turned-actor Balaji Venugopal.
Rajarathinam-fame Veera and Kadaisi Vivasayi-fame Rachel Rebecca also play prominent roles in the film. In a previous conversation with CE, Balaji said, “Lucky Man will be like a soulful homemade meal. I have tried to package multiple socially relevant themes in the film while keeping the fun element intact. My story is about a small-time broker and I have tried to present the events in his life with realism.”
Abdool Lee, RS Shivaji, Amit Bhargav and Sathvick round out the cast of Lucky Man. While Sean Roldan has composed the music, Sandeep K Vijay has handled the cinematography. Karki has contributed to writing the film, while Madan has edited the film. The makers are yet to announce a release date for the film.
