The makers of Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film Maaveeran released the third single, Vaa Veera, from the film on Friday. Composed and sung by Bharath Sankar, the song has lyrics penned by Yugabharathi. Directed by Madonne Ashwin, Maaveeran will hit the theatres on July 14.

The sophomore film of National Award-winning filmmaker Madonne, Maaveeran also stars Aditi Shankar, Saritha, Mysskin, Yogi Babu, and Sunil. The makers have recently released a trailer, which promises a quirky and fun-filled action film.
Backed by Shanthi Talkies, the film will release in Telugu as Mahaveerudu. With cinematography by Vidhu Ayyanna, Maaveeran has music by Bharath Shankar and editing by Philomin Raj.
